God has provided us 42 servants (32 teeth, 2 hands, 2 legs, 2 ears, 2 eyes, 1 nose, and 1 tongue). All these organs were designed to serve us for 100 years. However, due to lack of knowledge and poor maintenance, we damage them within just 50–60 years.
Today, whenever we buy any equipment, we first ask about its assured life and then read the manual to maintain it properly. Sadly, no such manual was ever prepared for human beings.
After 21 years of deep research and thinking, Aayushmaan Bhav (Live Long) Trust and Research Centre has prepared this Human Self-Management Manual.
If this manual is followed sincerely, all your servants will support you till the end of life — your eyes can see for 100 years, ears can hear for 100 years, the heart can beat for 100 years, and every organ will serve you with full efficiency throughout life.
